The Flatts at North Shore Policies

Age Requirements:  The Flatts at North Shore does not have an age minimum.  It should be noted, however, that we are located on the second level.

Payment:  A credit card will be put on file at time of booking to hold your reservation, but payment will be charged to your credit card at time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:  A cancellation must be given three weeks prior to your arrival date for a full refund.  If you cancel with less than three weeks left, we will charge you for half your stay unless we are able to re-book your Flatt.

Security Deposit:  We do not require a security deposit for daily or weekly rentals.  Your credit card on file will be used for any damage/missing items incurred during your stay.  Each room contains a binder for your use with these checklists, as well as information to assist you during your stay.  We complete a checklist with each cleaning after check out to assure the room is ready for the next guests.  Monthly Rentals will require one month rent security deposit.   Thank you!

Check In:  Check in is between 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Check Out:  11:00 a.m.

Safety and Security:  Registered guests only will be given an access code at the time of check-in.  Each Flatt has its own individual code.  Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless previous arrangements are made.

Smoking:  We are a smoke-free building.  Designated area outside is available for smoking.  There will be a $500 fine for anyone not adhering to this rule.

Animals:  We are animal lovers, but unfortunately we do not allow guests to bring animals to The Flatts unless they are approved service animals.

Noise Policy:  Though we love to encourage fun and laughter, we do have a 10:00 p.m. quiet time.  We ask that you respect other guests and keep your noise levels down after 10:00 p.m.  We are within walking distance of many fun clubs and pubs if you want late night fun.
