Service Descriptions

Swedish Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes.  Swedish massage uses gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create an array of health benefits.  It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface.  It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries.  Our therapist will use this technique on targeted problem areas.

Hot Towel Compression Massage

Hot Towel Compression is a deep tissue massage that incorporates hot damp towels with compressions to ease tension and reduce restricted areas.  Great for athletes or anyone with muscle soreness due to activity or high stress.

Couples Float & Massage Package

This is an experience like none other.  As one person enjoys 60 minutes in our private Float Room, floating effortlessly in pristine, warm water mixed with nearly 1,500 pounds of therapeutic Epsom salt, creating a gravity-free experience, the other person enjoys 60 minutes in our Massage Room relaxing to a Swedish Massage.  Once your first service is complete, you simply flip to the other service receiving two hours of deep physical and mental recovery and relaxation.

Hot Stone (Add On ~ Incorporated into existing time)

Smooth stones are heated then lubricated with oil or essential oils, incorporating the therapeutic effects of heat used to relax the muscles.  Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Warm Oil Scalp Massage (Add On ~ Additional 15 Minutes of Service Time)

This relaxing add on service is designed to ease stress, as well as head and neck muscle aches.  Scalp oil is warmed up and massaged into scalp, neck, and shoulders.

Foot Scrub (Add On ~ Additional 15 Minutes of Service Time)

The Foot Scrub is designed to soothe foot pain and discomfort and exfoliate and protect your feet by increasing circulation, relaxing muscular tension, and softening and hydrating the skin.  This treatment includes warm towel application after the scrub to cleans the product off.  Followed by a specialized foot cream which is applied with massage and wrapped in hot damp towels to enhance further relaxation.
