How often should I use the rolling machines?
It is recommended to use the Roll Shaper every other day (maximum of 3 times per week), with results often becoming visible in 4 or 5 sessions. Because repeated use is recommended for maximum benefits, we have priced our sessions at a lower than suggested price. Our goal is wellness!
What should I wear?
It is recommended not to wear loose clothing or dangling strings that could get caught in the roller.
What is included in my class?
A rolling machine, towel, and fruit infused water will be provided during your class.
Who should not participate in a rolling machine class?
People who have been diagnosed with the following conditions should not use these devices:
- Heart Disorders
- Unregulated Hypertension
- Varicose Veins and Ecchymosis
