Massage is a way of communicating with the body. It is a way for the hands to communicate with the muscles by saying we are here to help you. It can be performed with a forearm, hand, fingers, thumb, elbow, and even feet.

Many people utilize Massage Therapy as a form of stress relief, to help manage a health condition, prepare for or recover from a sports event, or some people state it rejuvenates their body and refreshens their energy levels.

How often should I receive a Massage?
Though frequency varies case to case, the majority of clients go as often as once a week to once a month or two.
What should I expect at my Massage appointment?
Massage should be mutually comfortable for the client and the licensed massage therapist. Be sure to communicate with your therapist if you have any concerns or questions, and the therapist should explain to you the treatment based upon that communication.
You should arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for the check-in process, as your appointment time consists of a 5-minute pre-conference, followed by your specified service, ending with 5 minutes for any post-massage follow-up discussions.
